Welcome to the ACTivist Library. This resource aims to help facilitate a deeper analysis of topics of interest to the ACTivist community. These documents will be of particular interest to activists, educators, students as well as the general public. All documents in the ACTivist Library are made publicly available in pdf form, thanks to the authors and publishers of the original works. Included in the initial offerings of the ACTivist Library are nearly 60 ebooks, ranging from a few pages to several hundred in length, totalling over 3100 pages.
The ACTivist Library contains a broad range of viewpoints about complex and controversial topics in peace, ecology and human rights. It is our hope at ACT for the Earth that this resource contributes to understanding and resolution. Please spread the word about the ACTivist Library to other potential readers and contributors. While materials here are free for download, feel free to contact us, when "taking out" ebooks from the library, so that we can better prioritize our search for new works to include in the collection. Ebooks do not need to be returned.
If you know of any useful ebooks that are not included here, please let us know so that we can include them. If you find the ACTivist Library useful, please consider making a contribution to ACT for the Earth, so that we can continue to expand this and our other unique services. ACT for the Earth and the ACTivist Magazine do not endorse any of the ebooks included in the ACTivist Library (especially those written by US Space Command and George W. Bush). We have provided a broad spectrum of perspectives here to contribute to understanding, conflict resolution, and when necessary, creative, nonviolent direct action.
